SWEET AND SOUR BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 green peppers, thin sliced
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 c. beef bouillon
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Salt, pepper
Cooked rice

Cut meat into thin slices and brown in hot oil. Add green peppers and 1/3 cup bouillon. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Mix remainder of bouillon with cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until smooth and thick. Add to meat along with tomatoes and pineapple. Simmer 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. A company favorite. Serve over rice.
