FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs. Add milk. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Using a funnel or funnel cake pitcher, pour batter into boiling oil and fry until golden brown. (Move hand around so each "string" of the batter hits the hot oil separately, then can layer a little for each funnel cake you want to make.) Remove from oil and drain briefly. Sprinkle with 10X sugar and serve.
