CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. strong black coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

ICING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 c. milk

Cake:

Combine all the dry ingredients in large bowl. Add liquids and eggs. Mix until blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

Icing:

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter. Stir in vanilla and milk. Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
