PEANUT BUTTER CREAM COOKIE CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. coarsely crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies

FROSTING:

1/2 can Pillsbury vanilla frosting supreme
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2-3 tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Pour batter into greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine frosting, peanut butter and milk; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cake. Garnish with additional crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies, if desired. 12-16 servings.

Note: This is wonderful. It's easy and tastes like something made from scratch. (The more cookies you use the better.)
