NEW ORLEANS CRABMEAT RAMEKIN 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crabmeat (fresh, frozen, or canned), flaked
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix butter, onion, green pepper and flour in saucepan. Combine lemon juice, molasses, and Worcestershire sauce. Add slowly to flour mixture. Season. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Mix in crabmeat. Place in greased seafood shells, ramekins, or casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
