NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
1 c. shortening

Mix 2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Take out 1/3 cup of mix. Mix 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 flour into a paste. Mix the rest of the flour with 1 cup of shortening. Mix well then add paste. Mix.
