TWISTED ORANGE LOAF 
1 loaf sweet frozen dough, thawed or 1/2 recipe sweet dough
3 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar

Soften dough. Roll out to 16x8 rectangle. Combine orange rind and sugar. Spread dough with 1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar-orange rind mixture. Fold dough in half lengthwise. Pinch to seal edges. (Dough will be 16x4 rectangle.) Cut dough into 16 - 1 inch strips. Hold ends of each strip and twist tightly. Place 2 rows of 8 strips in a greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle rest of sugar mixture over top and drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pan immediately and turn top side up. Break off strips to eat.
