STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. In medium bowl, stir together strawberries, eggs and oil. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, salt and nuts. Add fruit mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. This bread freezes well.
