CRAB DIP 
1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
1 sm. onion, minced
Dash lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. white horseradish
Salt and pepper
1 can crab meat (tuna size)

Blend all, add small amount of milk, if necessary.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
