SOFT LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, thawed and divided
additional sugar

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add flour and soda; stir. Add 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Brush with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar.

Makes 6 dozen.
