LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (or pink lemonade or limeade)
Sugar to sprinkle

Cream together butter and 1 cup sugar; add eggs and beat until fluffy. Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to creamed mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop dough from teaspoon 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 400 degrees about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate. Sprinkle with sugar. Remove to cooling rack. Yields 4 dozen.
