MICROWAVE GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. snipped dried apricots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey

Combine the butter and brown sugar in large casserole dish. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until melted. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Microwave 6-7 minutes or until bubbly, stirring every 2 minutes. Turn into 9 inch square pan and pat down flat. Cool and cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
