NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS | |
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal Optional: 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. sunflower nuts 2 tbsp. sesame seeds In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Add oats, cereal, raisins, coconut, sunflower nuts and sesame seeds. Mix well. Press into ungreased 9 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 20 bars. |
