BEAN-BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can baked beans
1 med. onion, sliced thin
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3-4 slices bacon

Place meat, salt, pepper in skillet and saute in butter until browned. In casserole, make 2 layers of meat, beans, catsup, brown sugar, onions. Top with bacon strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Can be made in morning, covered and refrigerated until baking.
