I like to use natural peanut butter (with no sugar added) like Smucker's. 2 egg whites 1 cup white sugar 1 cup peanut butter Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar very well. Fold in peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake! Submitted by: Stella Smith | |
