SANGRIA 
Peel from 1/2 orange
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. orange juice (part fresh)
1/5 red wine
1/2 c. Cointreau or Triple Sec

Bruise orange peel and sugar together. Mix in rest of ingredients. Remove orange peel after 15 minutes. Chill.
