SANGRIA 
1 orange, sliced thin
1 lemon, sliced thin
1/4 c. superfine sugar
1/2 gallon burgundy wine
1/2 c. orange liqueur
1/2 c. brandy
2 bay leaves
1 qt. club soda

Combine all except club soda and chill overnight. Before serving, remove bay leaves and pour in club soda. Serves 12.

NOTE: Can float assorted fruits on top, if desired.
