SAUERKRAUT HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot dogs, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 c. drained sauerkraut
4 c. diced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Paprika

Mix together. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
