MACARONI CHEESE HOT DOG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. box macaroni (cooed) 1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup 1 can Campbell's nacho cheese soup 2 c. half and half 2 tbsp. butter Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) 1 sm. or lg. pkg. shredded cheddar or taco cheese (depending on your preference) 1 lb. hot dogs, cut into 2 inch slices Combine cooked macaroni, cheddar and nacho cheese soup, half and half, butter, salt and pepper, parsley and mix well. Place in a greased large baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot. |
