HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
8 wieners
2 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 bay leaf

Place rice in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add wieners, saute onions in butter. Drain corn, reserving liquid. Spread corn over wieners. Add reserved liquid, ketchup, water, green pepper, chili powder, dry mustard, garlic powder and bay leaf to onion; mix and pour over corn. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
