FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 graham pie shell
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Whip cream cheese. Put in bottom of pie shell. Thoroughly wash and dry strawberries. Cut in half, place on top of cream cheese. Mix water with sugar and cornstarch. Cook two to five minutes on low setting or until clear and thick. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin, stir until dissolved. Pour over strawberries in crust. Chill and top with whipped cream.
