4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sausage, optional
Mushrooms, optional
Cheese, optional
Onions, optional
Bacon, optional
Green peppers, optional

Combine required ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Pour into pie pan. Add any combination of optional ingredients to mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve while hot.
