1 (9 inch) pie shell 1/4 lb. bulk sausage 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown sausage, onion, and pepper until brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat all other ingredients. Put sausage mixture in pie shell first, add cheese, then the eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce, well beaten. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. May garnish with green or red pepper strips. |
