EGG QUICHE 
Butter 12 slices stale bread, cube it and place in bottom of 9x13x2 pan reserving a few cubes for topping.

Beat together:

7 eggs

Add:

2 c. half and half to eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. minced green onions (4 or 5)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar

Over bread cubes lay 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and 1/2 pound sharp cheese (sliced) reserving some cheese for top.

Pour egg mixture over bread. Add remaining bread cubes and cheese. Refrigerate 24-36 hours before baking. Put pan in wet brown paper bag. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
