MARY LOU'S QUICHE 
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
3/4 c. cooked ham
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c. black olives, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
Ground nutmeg

Cook mushrooms, celery, onion and black olives in 1 tablespoon bacon drippings until tender. Beat eggs, milk, mayonnaise, flour, salt and Worcestershire. Stir in cooked vegetables, ham and cheese. Turn into pie shells. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
