FROSTY JUICE SHAKE 
Low Sodium. Makes 1 serving.

1 c. ice cubes
2/3 c. any flavor fruit juice
1 sm. ripe banana, sliced
1/3 c. Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked
1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute (optional)
Dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process on high speed until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
