CORN - CLAM CHOWDER | |
3/4 c. white sauce mix 3 c. milk 2 tsp. instant minced onion 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine white sauce mix, milk and onion in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Makes about 6 cups. |
