COUNTRY CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Fold corn into beaten eggs. Add Jiffy mix to egg mixture. Pour mixture into well greased 9x12 baking dish. Spread with sour cream, then Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. After removing from oven, cover for a few minutes before serving.
