CONGO BARS 
2 sticks of butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 eggs
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt the 2 sticks of butter, add 1 package light brown sugar and 2 eggs. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and spread to cover bottom of pan. Add 1 package of chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes. Cool completely on rack before cutting into squares.
