HEATH BAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
cooking spray
1 c. granulated sugar
soda crackers (about 30)

Line cookie sheet with sides (or jelly roll pan or broiler pan bottom) with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Cover bottom of pan with single layer of crackers. Set aside.

Boil sugar and butter for 2 1/2 minutes in saucepan, stirring constantly, as it cooks. Pour over crackers.

Bake in 350°F oven golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour chocolate chips over hot sugar mixture. Spread melted chips with back of spoon over top. Chill. Break into pieces as you remove from foil.
