HEATH BAR COOKIE 
2 c. butter/oleo
1 c. brown sugar
Saltine crackers

Line jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with PAM. Cover pan with saltine crackers (salt side down).

In saucepan heat together butter and brown sugar, bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and bake in 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread package (8 ounce) chocolate chips over crackers as chocolate melts. I like to sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top. Shape into pieces when cool. (I put into freezer to shape, easier to snap.)
