ORZO VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 lb. pkg. orzo
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petite peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 onions, sliced

Can be done ahead. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Cook orzo as package directs. Cook peas and pea pods. Combine orzo with sauteed mixture, peas and pea pods. Season and serve piping hot.

Makes 8 to 12 servings.
