BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 8 minutes, cool before topping peanut layer.

For crust, combine Oreo's and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan and freeze for 1 hour.

Remove 1/2 gallon ice cream from freezer. When soft, spread over crust, sprinkle with peanuts. Top with chocolate sauce and freeze.

Other flavors of ice cream may be used.
