BASE:

1 pkg. cake mix
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. oats

Combine all the above ingredients. Pat all but 2 cups in 13"x9" pan.

FILLING:

1 can frosting
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix filling and pour in pan over base. Sprinkle top with remaining 2 cups of base. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
