16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, frosting removed
1/3 c. butter, melted (or butter)
1/2 gal. ice cream (any flavor), softened
1 jar hot fudge sauce
Chopped nuts
Sm. container Cool Whip

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Reserve 1/3 cup of mixture for top. Pat mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Spread ice cream on top. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over ice cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts and top with Cool Whip. Decorate with reserved cookie mixture.
