ICE CREAM OREO DESSERT 
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. cocoa mixed with 2 tbsp. salad oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. (3 row) Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Crush 2 rows of cookies, put in 9"x13" pan (grease pan), line cookies in bottom. In a pan melt butter. Add cocoa, eggs and sugar. Cook to boiling. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Spread that mixture over crumbs. Freeze that part for about 2 to 3 hours. Spread softened ice cream over mixture. Crush last row of cookies and sprinkle over the ice cream.
