1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 jar fudge topping
1 jar caramel topping

Crush cookies (save 1 cup for top). Put softened ice cream on top of remaining cookies in a 9 x 11 dish, then layer both toppings then Cool Whip and top with reserved crumbs. Freeze overnight.
