HERBED CROUTONS 
1 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Day old bread (12 oz. loaf)

Cut bread into 3/4 inch cubes. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Pour over bread cubes. Toss gently to coat. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Store in airtight container. Yields 8 cups.
