TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. coarsely chopped turkey
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions, then layer in 8x12 inch baking dish. Spread turkey evenly on top. Combine soup with milk and mix until smooth and pour over turkey. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.
