CHICKEN OR TURKEY BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. fresh broccoli (or 1 lg. pkg. frozen)
3 or 4 chicken breasts (or 2-3 c. cooked turkey)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Place broccoli (cut into small pieces) in bottom of large glass baking dish. You may combine fresh and frozen broccoli together. Add cooked chicken (or turkey). Sprinkle cheese over the meat. Combine the soup and mayonnaise and pour over meat. Top with bread crumbs, slightly buttered. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
