TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. corn flakes on top of casserole

Mix all together and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until done.
