HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 jars artichokes, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
Dash of garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat, drained

Mix all ingredients together. Place in shallow dish, sprinkle with paprika and bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
