HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 lg. cans artichokes (drained & sliced)
1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon

In large bowl mix first three ingredients together. Spread into a 9 inch square casserole. Squeeze lemon juice over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers, vegetables, etc.
