WHITE BREAD OR ROLLS 
4 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. water, warm
1/4 c. milk, warm
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening

Mix water, milk, yeast, sugar, salt and shortening. Add 3 cups flour mix well, add more if needed to make smooth dough. Place in greased bowl, turn once or twice, let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown for rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for bread.
