WHITE BREAD ROLLS 
1 c. milk
5 level tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 cake yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
6 tbsp. butter
5 c. sifted flour

Put milk in kettle. Add sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in the water. When done, add to milk and mix. Melt butter; put in milk mixture and mix. Mix in 5 cups of flour; continue adding flour until stiff. Grease top; refrigerate for few minutes. Divide, roll out, and cut. Grease pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until brown and firm.
