ORIENTAL BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 lb. ground beef
5 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
4 to 5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
4 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. cashew nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef. Add celery and onions; saute until transparent. Combine beef, vegetables, soup, soy sauce and mushrooms. Add 3 cups noodles. Divide mixture into 2 (2 quart) baking dishes. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining noodles and 1/2 cup cashews on each casserole. Bake uncovered another 10 minutes. Serves 16.
