ORIENTAL CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can bean sprouts 2 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 c. rice 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 c. water 1/4 c. cashews Brown the ground beef, drain, and put in a large casserole or 12 inch pan. Mix the remaining ingredients, except cashews. Add this to casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. The last 1/2 hour, fold in the cashews. Wonderful for church dinner! |
