ORIENTAL TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. cashew nuts
2/3 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Reserve 3/4 cup noodles. Combine all the other ingredients; place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with rest of noodles. Bake 40 minutes. Set oven at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
