ORIENTAL TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 sm. bag chow mein noodles
1 family-size can tuna with oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to directions. Microwave diced onion and celery for 2 minutes on HIGH. Combine all ingredients and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
