ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. celery, diced diagonally
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, washed
2 cans water chestnuts

Brown meat and combine soups, soy sauce, and water. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Bake in a large casserole, 2 hours at 325 degrees. Stir part way through and leave uncovered last hour. (Cover casserole with foil). If it is dry, add more water. Don't add too much salt, as the soy sauce is salty. (Frozen peas and mushrooms may be added as an option.)
